Living Water Bible Fellowship: July 2026

Celebrating 50 Years of God's Faithfulness
This month, we're honored to feature Living Water Bible Fellowship in Alamosa, Colorado, as they celebrate an incredible milestone—50 years of ministry and God's faithfulness.
On July 11–12, Living Water Bible Fellowship gathered with current members, former members, and friends from across the years for a weekend filled with celebration, fellowship, and gratitude. The festivities began with a pancake breakfast on Saturday morning, followed by an evening banquet where stories were shared, memories were revisited, and God's goodness was celebrated.
Sunday morning concluded the anniversary weekend with a combined worship service centered on magnifying the Lord and remembering His faithfulness through five decades of ministry. A special offering was also received in support of the local Crisis Pregnancy Center, demonstrating the church's continued commitment to serving its community.
What began in 1974 as a Bible study among five families has grown into a thriving, multigenerational church family that continues to make an impact in the San Luis Valley.

What Living Water Does Well
One of the defining characteristics of Living Water Bible Fellowship is its strong sense of family.
As former members reflected during the anniversary celebration, countless memories emerged—cutting firewood together in the mountains, church softball games, Vacation Bible School, Christmas programs, camping trips, picnics, snowmobiling, and opening homes to one another.
For many, Living Water wasn't simply a church they attended—it became a family they belonged to.
One member shared how an invitation from church members led both she and her husband into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Others recalled being discipled in Scripture, discovering a love for worship, and forming lifelong friendships that continue to this day.
This legacy of hospitality, discipleship, and authentic community remains a hallmark of Living Water Bible Fellowship.
