Over the past decade we have seen multisite grow from an anomaly among a few mega-churches to the norm for thousands of churches of all sizes spread around the world. My experience as the multisite pastor at Seacoast and Saddleback, my work with Leadership Network, and the opportunity to consult with hundreds of multisite churches across North America and Europe has afforded me a front row seat for this exploding movement. In 2014 we want to share the resources, connections and knowledge we’ve gleaned along the way with as many churches as possible. Here are four channels:
We have developed a variety of multisite tools including a staffing matrix for multiple campuses, a quality checklist for campus visits, a campus pastor job description among others. Starting today most of these tools are available for free download here. Check back often as we will be adding new tools and resources throughout the year.
In 2014 we are partnering with the Church Multiplication Network to do eight Multiply One Days across the country. During these interactive, small group events we’ll look at the basics every church needs to know when considering multiplication through church planting or multisite. This will be a great primer for churches considering multisite as an option or at the beginning of their multiplication journey. For more information or to register click here for a schedule of events.
For the first time we’ll be hosting Multisite Coaching Networks. These networks will include both in-person and online meetings, content from a variety of multisite leaders, peer learning and collaboration as well as one-on-one interaction. Each network will be limited to 10 leaders from churches in similar places on their multisite journeys. Click here if you are interested in learning more about a Multisite Coaching Network.
For churches that need more one-on-one coaching we offer onsite consulting. You can click here for more information and to set up a phone call to discuss the possibility of a consulting relationship.
